Q: After the website is up and running, am I able to make changes to it?
A: Yes, we give our clients FTP access into the website where you're able to go in and make changes whenever you wish. However, video clip changes, formatting changes, and design changes may be a little complicated and we may recommend that you have us help you with it. Customwave is always standing by to help you and we have the capability of making the changes for you as well billed at our hourly rate of $60 a hour.

Q: How would I go about getting the website started with Customwave?
A: Getting a website built has NEVER been easier! Click here to start now!

Q: Do I have to have the pictures and text ready right away?
A: No, you don't. Your website package includes generic pictures and text based on what type of business you run! If you want to have your own pictures and text, send them over and we'll use them for your website. If you're too busy right now and can't supply us with the content, we'll use the generic pictures and text for now and when you have the time to get your own content together, send it over to us and we'll put it into the website for you free of charge. And you'll have up to 6 months to send us your pictures and text.

Q: How long is the web hosting contract?
A: There is no web hosting contract. Customwave believes great quality client service is a better way to keep our clients on board with us than contracts. The hosting (which is the monthly maintenance fee) is billed monthly by credit card and can be cancelled anytime with no cancelation fee. Without you being locked into a contract, we are very motivated to provide you with the best customer service in our industry to keep your business.

Q: I'm not comfortable paying by credit card. Do you accept checks?
A: Yes we do. You can mail checks out to our home office. For web hosting we accept checks for 6 months and 12 months of web hosting as well.

Q: How many pictures can I have on 1 webpage?
A: Our maximum is 30 pictures per page, but we recomend keeping it around 15. It's never good to have too many pictures because you don't want to overwhelm your potential customers.

Q: What if I like my website layout and I just want to update the pictures and information my website, instead of wanting a brand new website with a new layout? How much will it cost then?
A: If you just want us to go into your website and update pictures and text for you, it will only cost you $50 a page.

Q: How do I add a new email account or change the password to an existing email account?
A: Contact your Customwave sales representative or call us at (714) 522-1948 and we will add either a POP3 account or forwarding account for you free of charge as long as you have a web hosting account with us. If you need any other support such as changing passwords, we'll also take care of it for you.
